  • For most cases in Bangalore, we place a caregiver within 6 hours of confirming a booking. For complex care (dementia, bedridden, post-surgery) we may take 12–24 hours so we can match the right specialist.
  • Every caregiver goes through Aadhaar verification, address verification, police background check, in-person interview, and a 60+ hour training program before placement. We hold their profile, training records and references on file.
  • We replace the caregiver within 24 hours, no questions asked. Continuity matters — but only when the fit is right. The replacement is fully covered.
  • Pricing is shown upfront based on care type, hours and locality. The only added costs are if you upgrade care complexity (e.g., adding RT-feed support) or extend hours — and those are confirmed with you in writing before the change.
  • Yes — Indiranagar, Whitefield, HSR, Koramangala, Jayanagar, Electronic City, Hebbal, Yelahanka, Malleshwaram, Rajajinagar and surrounding zones. Travel time varies by zone but most caregivers reach within 35 minutes.

How long does booking take?

Most families finish the booking flow in under 3 minutes. We follow up via WhatsApp within an hour with a shortlisted caregiver.

Do I need to pay to confirm a match?

No. Booking is free. Payment is collected only after you’ve approved the caregiver match and the caregiver is placed.

Can I change my booking after submitting?

Yes — you can edit duration, address or care type any time before placement. After placement, changes are confirmed with you in writing.

Are caregivers trained for medical care?

Our patient care attendants complete a 60+ hour training in basic clinical care, supervised by qualified nurses. For complex medical needs, we recommend our home nursing tier.

Can I meet the caregiver before they start?

Yes. We share the caregiver’s profile (photo, age, experience, languages) over WhatsApp. For long-term placements, we can arrange a brief in-person introduction.

What languages do caregivers speak?

Most commonly: Kannada, English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Bengali.

Are caregivers insured?

Caregivers are trained to call your designated family contact and our 24×7 care manager simultaneously, then follow your pre-decided hospital plan.
