There’s a particular kind of tiredness that families carry when care goes round the clock — the half-sleep, the listening for sounds in the night, the constant low hum of being on call. Live-in caregiving is built so your family can put that down for a while.
A trained caregiver moves into your home and stays through the days and nights. They handle the personal care, the night-time wakings, the medicines, the vigilance — while your family does the things only a family can do: love, decide, and rest.
We’ve done this work in Bangalore for stroke patients, advanced dementia, late-stage cancer, post-orthopedic surgery, and for elderly parents who simply need someone to be there at 3 AM if they need water or the bathroom.
Built for the cases families ask us about most.
If your situation looks like one of these — or sits between two of them — we can almost always help. When we can’t, we’ll tell you upfront and point you to who can.

The match is the work.
Live-in placements are a serious match — the caregiver will share your home for months. Beyond skills and language, we screen for personality fit, sleep patterns and the ability to live calmly in your household. Most live-in placements stay 3–9 months on average, with a relief caregiver introduced gradually for the weekly off.
“Mary has lived with my mother for nine months now. She knows her medicines, her moods, the songs she likes when she can’t sleep. We don’t worry about Amma at night anymore — we just trust the system that’s in place.”

Words from the families we’ve walked beside.
“We needed someone for Amma right after her hip surgery. Within 5 hours, Lakshmi was at our door — calm, kind, and so good with my mother. Three months in, we don’t know what we’d do without her.”
“I’m in Singapore, my parents are in Whitefield. The team gave me daily updates, photos, even small things — when Appa refused breakfast, when his BP dipped. Real peace of mind.”
“We had tried two agencies before. The difference here is the human touch — supervisor visits, gentle handling of my mother-in-law’s dementia, no pressure to upgrade plans.”
“Booked a night caregiver for my dad after his stroke. The transparent pricing and the WhatsApp updates from the caregiver every morning — that’s what won my trust.”
The things families want to know.
Where will the caregiver sleep?
We need a separate bed — either in the patient’s room or a nearby room. Caregivers are trained to do short rest cycles so someone is always alert during the night, especially for high-risk patients.
Will the same caregiver stay long-term?
Yes, continuity is one of our core promises. Most live-in placements stay three to nine months. We give 7 days’ notice if a change is required.
Who covers the caregiver’s weekly off day?
Included in the monthly fee. A relief caregiver — often someone the family has already met — covers the off day. We coordinate the schedule a week in advance.
What about meals for the caregiver?
Standard practice is for the caregiver to share the home’s regular vegetarian/non-vegetarian meals. We can also arrange caregivers with specific dietary preferences (Jain, vegan, halal) if required.
How do you handle medical emergencies at night?
Caregivers are trained on a household-specific action card: family contact → 24×7 care manager → ambulance partner. The first emergency hour is often the difference, and we’ve drilled for it.
Can we have a trial period before committing?
Yes. We commonly start with a 2-week trial. If it doesn’t feel right, we replace or refund the unused balance.
Is there a contract lock-in?
No annual contracts. Live-in is billed monthly, you can step down to a 12-hour shift or end the engagement at any time with one week’s notice.
The hard part is asking.
We’ll take it from here.
