There comes a time when our parents start to need a little more help — with the stairs, with the medicines, with the long quiet afternoons. And often, that time arrives quietly, when we’re far away, working, raising children, or simply unsure where to begin.
Elder care at home is what we built first, because it’s the care our own families needed. It isn’t nursing and it isn’t a hospital stay. It’s a steady, warm, practical presence in your parent’s day — someone who notices when their mood shifts, when they haven’t had water, when they’re a little unsteady today and might want a hand to the bathroom.
In Bangalore, we’ve placed elder care attendants in Indiranagar bungalows, Whitefield apartments, Jayanagar joint families and Hebbal high-rises — for parents living alone, parents with mild memory loss, parents recovering from a fall, and many simply for the comfort of company in a long quiet day.
Built for the cases families ask us about most.
If your situation looks like one of these — or sits between two of them — we can almost always help. When we can’t, we’ll tell you upfront and point you to who can.
Age-related frailty
Gradual loss of strength, balance and stamina — when daily tasks start to feel heavy.
Mild to moderate memory loss
Forgetfulness, repeating questions, occasional confusion — caregivers trained in calm redirection.
Parkinson’s (early to mid stage)
Mobility, tremor management, medication adherence and fall prevention.
Diabetes & hypertension management
Sugar/BP tracking, dietary support, hydration, exercise prompts.
Recovery from a fall or fracture
Mobility coaching, walker support, repositioning and cautious movement.
Loneliness and post-bereavement
Companionship, conversation, gentle routines for parents who’ve lost a spouse.
A care plan, not just a person.

The match is the work.
Elder care matching is our most considered placement. Beyond skills, we look for temperament — the kind of person your parent will feel at ease with. We match by language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, Bengali, English), gender preference, and the rhythm of your parent’s day. For long-term placements we factor in continuity, choosing caregivers who can commit to six months or more.
“We were nervous about a stranger spending the day with Amma. Three weeks in, she was asking for Lakshmi by name when Lakshmi didn’t show up on her off day. That’s when we knew.”

Words from the families we’ve walked beside.
“We needed someone for Amma right after her hip surgery. Within 5 hours, Lakshmi was at our door — calm, kind, and so good with my mother. Three months in, we don’t know what we’d do without her.”
“I’m in Singapore, my parents are in Whitefield. The team gave me daily updates, photos, even small things — when Appa refused breakfast, when his BP dipped. Real peace of mind.”
“We had tried two agencies before. The difference here is the human touch — supervisor visits, gentle handling of my mother-in-law’s dementia, no pressure to upgrade plans.”
“Booked a night caregiver for my dad after his stroke. The transparent pricing and the WhatsApp updates from the caregiver every morning — that’s what won my trust.”
The things families want to know.
Can the caregiver speak Kannada or my parent’s language?
Yes. We match by language preference — Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Bengali and English are all available across our Bangalore caregiver network.
What if my parent doesn’t take to the caregiver?
We replace within 24 hours, no questions asked. We’d rather find the right fit than leave you anxious. The replacement is fully covered.
Do you work with elderly parents who live alone?
Yes — a large share of our placements are for senior parents in Bangalore whose children live in another city or abroad. We coordinate via WhatsApp groups so the family stays in the loop in real time.
Can the same caregiver come every day long-term?
Yes, we aim for continuity. Most elder care placements stay six to nine months on average, with the same caregiver and a familiar backup for off days.
What happens if the caregiver is unwell or on leave?
Our team places a backup caregiver — usually one your parent has already met during overlap days. We never leave a slot unfilled.
Can I add hours mid-shift if I’m running late?
Yes. Extra hours are billed at the hourly rate and confirmed over WhatsApp before the caregiver stays back.
Is this different from home nursing?
Yes. Elder care attendants handle daily living, medication reminders and basic vitals. Home nursing involves clinical tasks like IV, injections, catheter changes — we offer that as a separate, supervised tier.
