Do I need a doctor's prescription?
Yes. For both rental and purchase, please share the prescription with our team via WhatsApp. We won't dispense oxygen without one.
What flow rate does my patient need?
Always set per the doctor's prescription. Common range is 2–4 LPM for moderate cases, up to 5 LPM for higher needs.
What about power cuts?
The unit shuts off during outages. Pair with a small UPS (we can recommend) for short backup, or keep an emergency oxygen cylinder as backup for high-dependency patients.
