Care Manager (24×7 Operations)
The voice on the other end at 2 AM. Calm, fast, kind.
Central operations role — the person families and caregivers call when something matters.
Care Managers run the central nervous system of Care Givers. Families call you when they're worried. Caregivers WhatsApp you when something's off. Hospitals message you when a discharge is happening tomorrow morning. You triage all of it, make a call, dispatch a person, and follow up by 9 AM.
We run three shifts (8AM–4PM, 4PM–12AM, 12AM–8AM), and there's always at least one Care Manager on duty. The night shift is quieter but more consequential — most emergencies happen between 11 PM and 4 AM.
It's a role for someone who finds calm in chaos — a hospital BD, a startup ops generalist, a triage nurse who wants off the ward. You don't need clinical training, but you do need the temperament to be the steady voice when the family on the line isn't.
The work, day-to-day.
Real responsibilities — not vague aspirations. If something sounds like it isn't your strength, tell us in the application. We'll work with it.

How often do I get a night shift?
Roughly once every 6 weeks for a two-week rotation. Compensated with a 15% differential and cab transport.
Will I have to give medical advice?
No. You triage and route to the Clinical Care Manager or the family's treating doctor. Our boundaries on clinical advice are firm.
How big is the team?
Today, 4 Care Managers + an Operations Head + a Clinical Care Manager. Growing to 8 within the year.
Is this remote?
No. The role is in-office because of the multi-line phone system and the team coordination. We're hybrid on admin days only.
