Hospital Partnerships Manager

B2B sales for a service that genuinely helps the patient. The good version of healthcare BD.

Build referral relationships with Bangalore's major hospitals so patients leave with us already lined up.

About this role

Hospital discharge is one of the highest-intent moments in caregiving. The family is anxious, the patient is going home in 48 hours, and they need help they didn't think they'd need. The hospitals that hand a family a Care Givers flyer at discharge change the trajectory of those next four weeks.

The Hospital Partnerships Manager builds these relationships, one hospital at a time. You'll work with discharge case managers, geriatric clinics, orthopedic departments, oncology floors, and post-cardiac units. The goal is for Care Givers to be the named home-care service in their discharge pathway.

It's BD work, but for a service families actually want. Compensation is base + commission, but the real reward is being the reason a family doesn't have to scramble after surgery.

What you'll do

The work, day-to-day.

Real responsibilities — not vague aspirations. If something sounds like it isn't your strength, tell us in the application. We'll work with it.

  • Build relationships with 15–20 Bangalore hospitals across 18 months
  • Identify the right contacts — case managers, ward heads, geriatricians, surgeons
  • Present Care Givers credibly: process, training, pricing, escalation, outcomes
  • Negotiate discharge pathway integration, flyer placement, ward-level briefings
  • Coordinate with Care Managers to ensure smooth hospital-to-home handover
  • Maintain a CRM of every hospital contact, conversation and follow-up
  • Run quarterly review meetings with our top 5 hospital partners
  • Field hospital escalations — if anything goes wrong in a partnered discharge, you own it
  • Identify cross-referral opportunities (geriatricians, physiotherapists, etc.)
  • Represent Care Givers at hospital medical conferences and clinician meet-ups
  • Bring market intelligence back — what are other agencies offering hospitals
  • Hit a referral-volume target (currently 40 hospital-referred placements / month)

Frequently asked

What candidates ask us.

Is the commission realistic?

Yes. A strong year is ₹15–20L in commission on top of base, achievable if you hit the 40-placement / month referral target within 12 months.

Do I sell to administrators or clinicians?

Both. The administrator opens the door; the clinician is the daily advocate. You need to be credible with both.

What's the hardest part of this job?

Hospitals move slowly. A partnership conversation can take 6 months from first meeting to flyer in the discharge packet. Patience matters.
